Welcome to the Cuernavaca Immersion blog!

This blog follows the students of Pacific School of Religion students on the 2015 pilot immersion trip to Cuernavaca, Mexico.

This experience, based in the beautiful city of “Eternal Spring,” is focused on gaining Spanish language skills, engaging in active dialogue with our neighbors about issues of social justice, and living with a Mexican family.

PSR and CLGS are partnering with CETLALIC, a language school with deep progressive roots and a passion for facilitating learning between our countries, cultures, and peoples. They use a liberating pedagogy which includes both serious study and a great deal of fun together.
